Box at home with a coach that counts every punch
Prop your iPhone up, step back, and box. Guardia counts and names every punch, calls the combos out loud, and tells you when your guard drops.

One round with Guardia
No bag, no gloves, no sensors. Just your phone, two meters of floor, and a coach in your ear.
-
Prop it up, step back
Stand your iPhone up, step back 2 to 3 meters, and face it, so the camera sees your whole body, down to your feet if the room allows. Press start.
-
Hear the call, throw it
The coach calls each combo out loud, by name or by number, with slips and rolls mixed in. The camera checks that you threw it.
-
Hands up
Drop a hand and the coach calls "Hands up!" The screen shows you which hand.
-
One fix after the bell
Every punch is counted and named. When the round ends, you get one thing to fix next time.
App screens with sample data. The round screens show a photo where the camera picture would be.
Six punches. Six numbers.
Guardia names all six as you throw them. Odd numbers are your lead hand, even numbers your rear hand.
Your first four weeks
Each week adds one family of punches and a little more time, the way a beginner class builds up.
-
Week 1: Jab and cross
The two straight punches, and your guard.
3 rounds of 1:30 about 6 minutes
-
Week 2: Add the hooks
Short arcs with your elbow up.
3 rounds of 2:00 about 8 minutes
-
Week 3: Add the uppercuts
Bend your knees and drive up.
4 rounds of 2:00 about 10 minutes
-
Week 4: Put it together
All six punches in longer combos.
4 rounds of 2:30 about 12 minutes
Land more than 9 in 10 combos clean and the calls speed up. Miss more than 3 in 10 and they slow down. After these four weeks come Amateur, Fighter, and Pro. Already box? The skill test gets harder at every level and puts you at the right rank. The full 4-week plan, with a free PDF
Video stays on your phone
The phone does the counting. Guardia never records, saves, or sends video. Your workouts stay on your phone, and there is no account to make.
Two things do leave the phone: the subscription check, through RevenueCat, and ad measurement, through Meta.

Questions
- Do I need a punching bag?
- No. Guardia is made for shadow boxing. You punch the air in front of the phone, and the camera counts each punch.
- How much space do I need?
- About 2 to 3 meters between you and the phone, plus room to step. The camera needs your whole upper body and both hands in view, and your feet too if the room allows.
- How does it know which punch I threw?
- An AI model on your iPhone reads your movement from the front camera and names each punch: jab, cross, hooks, uppercuts, and straights to the body.
- Is my video uploaded anywhere?
- No. Your phone does all the work. Guardia does not record, store, or send video or photos.
- Does it work in Spanish?
- Yes. The app, the coach, and the combo calls all come in English and Spanish.
- I have never boxed. Is it for me?
- Yes. The first week is only the jab and the cross, in short rounds. If you already box, the skill test moves you ahead.
