About Guardia
Guardia is an iPhone app for people who box at home. It counts and names every punch, calls the combos out loud, and checks your guard, with the phone standing a few meters away.
What Guardia does
Prop your iPhone up, step back 2 to 3 meters, and box. Guardia names each of the six punches as you throw them, calls combos in English or Spanish, tells you when a hand drops, and gives you one thing to fix after every round. Beginners start with a four-week plan that begins with the jab and the cross.
It counts on the phone itself. No video is recorded, saved, or sent, and there is no account. How the privacy works
