Your video stays on your phone
Guardia watches you through the front camera, but nothing it sees leaves the phone. Here is exactly what stays, and the two small things that do go out.

What the camera does
The front camera finds your body and hands, so Guardia can count and name your punches and watch your guard. Your iPhone does this itself: an AI model on the phone reads your movement frame by frame. Guardia does not record, store, or send any video or photo.

No account
There is nothing to sign up for. Your progress lives in the app on your phone.
The two things that leave
The subscription check. Apple handles payments, so Guardia never sees your card. RevenueCat checks that your subscription is active. It gets a random ID made by the app, your App Store purchase history, and basic device details such as the iOS version. It never gets your video, your training data, your name, or your email.
Ad measurement. Guardia uses Meta's SDK to see which of its ads on Facebook and Instagram bring people to the app. Meta learns when the app is installed and opened, when you finish the first questions, when you see the plans, and your trials and purchases. If you allow tracking when the app asks, it also gets your phone's advertising identifier. Meta never gets your video or your training data.
Delete everything
Use Delete my training data in Settings, or delete the app. Either one removes everything Guardia saved. The privacy choices page shows how to stop tracking too, and the privacy policy has the full details.
